Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
One-page websites start at $400. Social media packages are $399, $799 or $1,299 a month. Anything without a listed price is quoted once we agree on the scope.
What about contract length and cancellation?
Contract length, cancellation and payment timing come in writing after the consultation.
What happens in the free consultation?
We listen for an hour over Zoom, phone or KakaoTalk, then put what works and what doesn’t on one page — a workflow map. That part is free.
Will AI send things to my customers on its own?
No. Order summaries, invoices and replies are drafts until you approve them. Checking physical stock and approving payments stay with you.
Who owns the accounts and the domain?
You do. Everything is opened in your name and we log in only as admins; it all stays yours after the contract ends. Domain and hosting are at cost, with no markup.
Which languages do you work in?
Business websites (4–5 pages) come in Korean, English and Spanish. The $400 one-page site is Korean and English; Spanish is an add-on.
