Systems we build

Run the systems we build, right here. Shops, names and numbers are examples, and the “send” steps are only simulated on the page. In real use, invoices, order replies and payment reminders go out only after you approve them.

  • SIM · Workflow automation

From order to invoice — messenger and email

Whatever channel the order comes in on, the flow is the same: organized, invoiced, waiting for your approval. Switch channels at the top, or type your own order under “Try it yourself.”

  • SIM · Workflow automation

Receivables & payables — with statements

Money owed to you, by age; money you owe, by due date. Tap a customer’s “Statement” to see it with a draft message. You can add an invoice yourself below.

  • SIM · Workflow automation

    Low-stock alert → purchase orders

When an item would run out before a delivery could arrive, you get an alert and a purchase-order draft for each supplier. Try changing the “On hand” numbers.

  • SIM · Workflow automation

Office automation — from paperwork to ledger

Bills and receipts arriving by email, chat or phone photo are read, entered in the ledger and filed. Anything unclear goes to a person. Type in a receipt of your own below.

  • SIM · Workflow automation

    Bookings → reminder texts

Texts tomorrow’s clients a confirmation and sorts the replies. Change requests come to you. You approve before anything is sent.

  • SIM · Inventory & sales analysis

POS sales analysis & decisions — sample restaurant

See sales by weekday, hour and menu item, then tap a question to ask the advisor. All numbers are examples.

  • SIM · Inventory & sales analysis

Inventory turnover & ABC analysis — sample store

How fast each category turns and what each dollar of stock earns in a year — where to pull cash out and where to put more in.

  • SIM · Inventory & sales analysis

    Inventory check-up — sample store

All numbers here are examples; in a real report your own POS data fills these in. Tap a question below to ask the advisor.

  • SIM · Social media & marketing

A month of content — sample café

Tap a date to see what goes out that day. We send you this calendar on the 20th of every month.

  • SIM · Social media & marketing

    Review reply drafts

Drafts a reply for every Google review (Growth package and up) and puts low ratings at the top so you see them first.

  • SIM · Website & online store

    Quote calculator → lead alert

Customers pick length and material and see a ballpark price; when they send it, you get an alert on your phone.

  • SIM · AI adoption consulting

    Workflow map — sample wholesaler

This is what you get after the first consultation. We deliberately keep a “not possible yet” column.

Samples you can try

Bagel shop — BAREUDA

Four pages with oversized type. The shop’s question — what shall we spread on it? — becomes a six-bagel by six-spread pairing grid, so choosing is the menu. Ink and salmon on cream.

Beauty & nails — SOAN Beauty Lab

A premium one-page site with three rotating hero photos. The studio’s idea — the person you book does your whole visit — runs through the team, a menu with minutes and starting prices, and a first-visit guide, on light paper with a plum nail-polish accent.

Hair studio — Field & Fringe

Premium, with scroll motion effects. Photos and type move as you scroll, and the studio’s idea — hair seen in natural light — is carried by sunset tones and colour.

Messenger order bot (Korean)

Try it yourself: send an order like a KakaoTalk message — it asks for what’s missing, then puts it in a table.

The questionnaire we ask clients to fill in before the first consultation — exactly as we use it.
